A new Mexican restaurant is poised to take over the former home of Sukoshi at Midtown’s Colony Square.

William Pitts plans to open Cuevacia at the development in September or October, he told Atlanta Business Chronicle. Pitts also owns Saints + Council, another Colony Square restaurant that opened in 2021, and he is the former CEO of Atlanta mainstay Café Intermezzo.
