Jamestown, a firm known for several of the city’s most valuable real estate projects, is buying the Atlanta office of North American Properties and gaining control of its Midtown trophy development Colony Square.
The deal is expected to close in the fourth-quarter, according to a Tuesday announcement. North American will retain a stake in the properties.
