Regan Thomas is a Vice President of Retail Leasing at Jamestown. She is focused on retail leasing strategy and execution for mixed-use adaptive reuse projects primarily in the Carolinas. Prior to joining Jamestown, Ms. Thomas was Director of Retail at Ram Realty Advisors where she oversaw a portfolio of mixed-use and grocery-anchored assets in North Carolina. In her time at Ram, in addition to overseeing leasing strategy, she held roles in development and asset management. Ms. Thomas began her career in real estate at North American Properties as a Retail Leasing Representative. She is an active member of ULI and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Ms. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Marketing and Master of City and Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati.
